TAM's policy concerning ADR Trainings:

1. The training must meet The Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable training standards that are applicable to the training (refer to www.TMTR.org).

2. All e-mail or other addresses or info about ADR trainings are provided by the ADR training provider. TAM has not reviewed and does not recommend or approve any of the listed trainings. TAM does not certify or in any way represent that an ADR trainig for which information is provided meets the standard or criteria represented by the ADR training provider. Those persons who use or rely on the standards, criteria, quality and qualifications represented by a training provider should confirm and verify what is being represented. TAM is only providing this information about ADR training in an effort to provide information to TAM members and the public.
