Getting to the Conference
Driving directions to The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center in The Woodlands are shown below. Located just 18 miles north of Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), the resort will also provide transportation service for conference attendees on a scheduled basis from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. at a cost of $36.00 per person each way. If you are interested in this service, please tell the reservations agent when you book your room and provide your flight number when you have confirmed your travel plans.
If you fly into Houston's William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), you may wish to consider a shuttle service such as Super Shuttle (approximately $46 each way). Conference attendees flying in from the same city or area might also consider sharing a rental car from Hobby Airport.
Sharing Transportation
We will be posting information on this webpage to coordinate and assist attendees with both carpooling opportunities and sharing shuttle transportation to reduce fees. You may also email TAMconference@gmail.com with suggestions or offers to share transportation.

From Bush Intercontinental Airport:
Take I-45 North or Hardy Toll Road North to Woodlands Parkway (Exit 76B). Follow Woodlands Parkway to Grogan's Mill Road. Watch for The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center signs. Stay in right lane exiting at Grogan's Mill Drive. At traffic light, turn LEFT and continue to North Millbend Drive, and make a RIGHT. The entrance to the resort is immediately following on the LEFT.
From Points North:
Take I-45 South to Robinson Road/Woodlands Parkway (exit 76), which will bring you to The Woodlands. Turn right onto Woodlands Parkway. Watch for The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center signs. Stay in right lane exiting at Grogan's Mill Road. At traffic light, turn LEFT and continue to North Millbend Drive, and make a RIGHT. The entrance to the resort is immediately following on the LEFT.
From Points South
Coming from 610, 59 or Beltway 8, take I-45 North to Woodlands Parkway (Exit 76B). Follow Woodlands Parkway to Grogan's Mill Road. Watch for The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center signs. Stay in right lane exiting at Grogan's Mill Drive. At traffic light, turn LEFT and continue to North Millbend Drive, and make a RIGHT. The entrance to the resort is immediately following on the LEFT.
