Please Note: When applying for full membership status,
you must send documentation or proof of mediation training
(copies of completion certificates) to TAM at P. O.
Box 2537, Galveston, TX 77553-2537 in order for your application
file to be complete. A letter signed by the trainer
may be provided in lieu of a completion certificate
and should include the dates, number of hours, course
content and name and location of the course. |
