Registration includes entry into all sessions and keynotes, access to conference materials, breakfast and lunch on Friday, breakfast on Saturday, and the Friday evening reception.

Membership dues and registration rates must be paid by the deadline to receive the discounted rate.

Full-Time Students

If you wish to register at the student rate, please email proof of full-time status to TAMconference@gmail.com or send it by mail to P.O. Box 2537, Galveston, Texas, 77553-2537.

Group Rate for Governmental Agencies and Non-Profits

A group discount is available to governmental agencies and non-profit organizations for any group of 4 or more employees or volunteers. The group rate is $275 for current 2024 TAM members and $295 for non-members. Please submit a request for the group rate with a list of registrants by email to TAMconference@gmail.com. The agency or organization must make payment. TAM will provide an invoice or purchase order as needed.

Substitutions

Attendee substitutions are permitted upon written notice from the original registrant. The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply to the substitute attendee.

Cancellations and Registration Refunds

Cancellations before March 1, 2024, will receive a full refund. The cancellation will be acknowledged upon receipt, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days. After March 1, 2024, a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee will be made for requests received by March 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM—email requests for refunds to TAMconference@gmail.com. Due to catering guarantees, no refunds after March 11, 2024.

Cancellation for Health Reasons

A full refund will be made for cancellations due to health-related issues if the request is emailed to TAMconference@gmail.com by March 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM. The cancellation will be acknowledged upon receipt, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days.
